Terms and Conditions for the Textile Pro Masters Event

1. General Information

The Textile Pro Masters Event ("Event") is organized by Levels Of Success Program Inc., a New Mexico Corporation, (Organizer) and will take place on February 26-28, 2025, at the La Jolla Marriott, San Diego, California. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and responsibilities of all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors participating in the Event.

2. Registration & Payment

- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
- Payment methods accepted: credit card and PayPal.
- All registration fees are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the cancellation policy.
- Early bird pricing and discounts are available only within the designated timeframes. Prices are subject to change.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made on or before January 26, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between January 27 and February 16, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations after February 16, 2025 are non-refundable.
- Registrations may be transferred to another eligible attendee upon written request by February 20, 2025, and at the discretion of Organizer.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund.

4. Event Modifications & Cancellations by Organizer

- The organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, or venue at any time.
- If the Event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), refunds will be issued at the organizer’s discretion.
- The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or any other costs incurred by attendees.

5. Code of Conduct

- The Event promotes a professional and respectful environment.
- Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove attendees who violate the Code of Conduct without a refund.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

- Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.
- The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen property, or travel disruptions.
- No guarantees or warranties are made regarding the content or outcomes of the Event.

7. Intellectual Property & Media Release

- Event materials, presentations, and content are the property of their respective owners and may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- By attending, participants grant the organizer permission to use their likeness in event-related photography, videography, and promotional materials.
- Recording and distribution of event content by attendees without prior approval is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

- The organizer collects and processes personal information in accordance with privacy laws.
- Attendee details may be shared with event sponsors or partners for promotional purposes, with an opt-out option available.
- Data security measures are in place, but the organizer is not liable for any unauthorized data breaches.

9. Health & Safety

- Attendees must comply with all local health regulations and venue policies. Note: The La Jolla Marriott is a non-smoking property.
- In case of emergency, attendees should follow event staff instructions and designated safety protocols.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

By registering for and attending the Textile Pro Masters Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
